Advanced Cadet Staff Seminar (ACSS)

California Wing Cadet Officers and Future Cadet Officers, 

On behalf of the California Wing Cadet Program, we are pleased to announce that we are holding an Advanced Cadet Staff Seminar (ACSS), scheduled for 25-27 April 2025. This will be the first ACSS in nearly a decade, and we are thrilled to offer this exceptional leadership development opportunity for our cadet officers! 

ACSS is the sixth and culminating school in California Wing’s Integrated Leadership Program. The seminar will provide a forum for senior cadet officers to address key issues within our Wing, while offering advanced leadership training that builds upon the COBC/RCLS curriculum. The objectives of this year’s ACSS are for cadet participants to:

• Demonstrate and develop advanced strategic leadership skills and management techniques. 

• Gain knowledge in Transformational Leadership, Values, Mission & Vision Building, Mentoring, Counseling, and more.

• Collaborate with fellow cadet officers to combine the Basic Cadet School (BCS) & Airman Training School (ATS) curricula into a comprehensive "BCS 2.0" course that will influence future cadet training.
